The Mast Cell Disease Society has great resources for finding doctors and practices who can help you test for and navigate Mast Cell Activation.

If you live in an area that doesn’t stock dry goods friendly to the low histamine diet, I recommend trying Vitacost. Their customer service for items lost or damaged in transit is excellent, and they frequently run sales and coupons.
